Haoru presented its UWB positioning and following work during a visit by Zhao Kai and a Shenyang CAPD delegation, discussing technology and applications.

On May 26–27, Zhao Kai, deputy chair of the Liaoning provincial committee and chair of the Shenyang committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy (CAPD), led a ten-person delegation to Dalian to study trade in services and embodied robotics. Tian Xiaowei, deputy chair of the Dalian committee and chair of Dalian Zhongxin International Education and Culture Exchange Co., Ltd., accompanied the visit.

The delegation visited six enterprises and institutions working in strategy, technology, trade data, commercialization and finance. At Haoru, discussions covered robotics and digital solutions. Zhao Kai said the visits provided references for the delegation's research and for cooperation between the two cities' CAPD organizations.

Delegation members said the visit supported exchange on policy research and regional cooperation in service trade and robotics, providing a foundation for further collaboration.
